onwax respects the intellectual property of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on onwax infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice as described below.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of the specific material on onwax you want removed, so we can locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Designated agent
Send notices to dmca@onwax.fm. We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
