This policy explains what onwax collects and how we use it. We try to collect only what we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Waitlist: the name, email, link, and any note you submit when asking to join.
• Account: your email, display name, DJ handle, bio, and links.
• Content: the audio, tracklists, and images you upload.
• Usage and logs: basic technical data such as IP address and request logs, used for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To operate onwax: host, transcode, and stream your mixes.
• To contact you about the waitlist or your account.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data lives

onwax runs on third-party infrastructure. Application and database hosting is provided by Railway, and audio and image files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your mixes and their files.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active, and waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them.
